Reaching the World Through Prayer!

Missionary Milton Martin-Homegoing

(Copied from a post by Bruce Martin)

“Announcing the Home-going of Missionary Milton Martin March 18th 2020. I was able to spend about an hour at my father’s bedside. Little did I know that it would be last time for us to be together this side of heaven. My wife and I had just returned from our church’s mid-week prayer service, when I was informed that the staff at the assisted living center found him in his bed unresponsive. During the last few weeks, he told us repeatedly that he was ready to see His Savior. He finished the life that God gave him with the same hope that he shared with thousands around the world. A few hours after I saw him, he talked with one of his friends in his last telephone call and finished the conversation with the following: “The one thing that we need and this world needs, is REVIVAL.”

The impact of my father’s ministry has been far reaching. The Martin family is concerned that in this time of sorrow, we will spend too much time praising a man and forget to honor the Savior who made the man. “He must increase, but I must decrease.” John 3:30

The family will be releasing further information in a few days about the funeral plans.”
